About Our Fence Company

Capitol Fence is a Residential and Commercial fence contractor serving Columbus and surrounding suburbs since 1957. We work all over the greater Columbus area and have been based in Pickerington, Ohio for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on being professional, offering exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and materials.

Leadership Rooted in Experience

Our fence company is owned and operated by Dave King.  Dave’s experience in the home improvement industry, as a business owner / operator, and a seasoned executive of corporate retail; brings a mix of leadership, organizational change, and tactical skills that facilitate growth and longevity in a growing business.

We have an exceptional team; including Chris our Project Supervisor, Ellen our Marketing Lead, and Beth our Administrative Manager, the glue of our organization.

Our crews, the fence magicians; what they build speaks for itself. They are a mix of generational family fence builders and a dedicated group of hard-working proud individuals.

Our Values

We believe that in order to do well as a business, we must first do good in the communities we serve. Capitol Fence has donated tens of thousands of dollars to non-profits and local community events, including:
