We are a Residential and Commercial fence contractor serving Columbus and surrounding suburbs for over 65 years. We pride ourselves on being professional, offering exceptional customer service, excellent workmanship and quality materials.
Capitol Fence is owned and operated by Phil Reese and Dave King. We met while attending a Pickerington Chamber of Commerce meeting and our friendship strengthened after attending a variety of networking sessions. After joining the Pickerington Lions Club, becoming friends with previous owners, we decided to partner together to own & operate the oldest fence installation company in the Columbus area.
Phil’s experience operating in local family-owned businesses, being a realtor, and 25yrs in the Ohio National Guard; brings an entrepreneurial spirit, in-depth community knowledge, and a drive to help others that fits perfectly with our plans to grow Capitol Fence.
Dave’s experience in the home improvement industry, as a business owner / operator, and a seasoned executive of corporate retail; brings a mix of leadership, organizational change, and tactical skills that facilitates growth and longevity in a growing business.
Our crews, the fence magicians, what they build speaks for itself. Our crews are a mix of generational family fence builders and a dedicated group of hard-working proud individuals.
As a fence contractor everything we do needs to go towards offering great customer service, building exceptional fences, and offering our clients the best value possible.
Yet that is not exactly why we chose to partner together and operate this business. We do it because we love it. We do it because we believe the best way to contribute to our community is via a business that can supply jobs. We do it because it supports our spirit of giving back. We do it because we like to serve! Oh, and make a few dollars too.
